Michael Swiatek is an experienced airline insider who has worked for small, medium, and large airlines on three continents.  In addition to his internal work, he has led consulting projects for airlines on every continent.  His  areas of experience include airline strategy, network and revenue strategy, network planning, fleet planning, mergers and acquisitions, and airline restructurings.  Swiatek Advisory Services is a sole proprietorship which uses your own people to aid in the project so that the highest level of knowledge transfer occurs. If the work requires further staffing, SAS has relationships with other independent consulting and data/tool providers.  The real point that differentiates SAS is that we listen to what you say and we do not to pull answers off of the shelf.   We tailor make creative and simplistic models to test the questions and scenarios you want to investigate.
